CMMS system is one of
the important tools we use to reduce the maintenance and operating costs and
increase the efficiency of our department.
By using the CMMS
system we’ve been propelling our maintenance programs organization into a
leading role in our company's future. For the purpose of further development and
effectiveness of the system we’ve conducted the training on CMMS system for the
representatives of different departments.
Now they are aware of the Preventive
Maintenance (PM) schedule organization, work request submission process, work
order creation, etc.
Submitting work requests and
tracking their status (Open, Closed, Pending) has become very easy for users
now; each department can plan their works more effectively, which helps to
increase the ratio of planned vs. unplanned works. |
