The most important HSE Training Package: Behavior Safety, Incident Investigation and Energy Isolation were held from 14 -17 July. BST hosted two External Trainers – Stewart MacGregor and Jalal Sultanov from Occupational Training International (OTI), which is a Health and Safety and Management Skills training provider to the Oil and Gas Industry. In these trainings Operation, Maintenance and HSE staff totally 30 employees were involved. The purpose of mentioned training courses was to provide delegates with the skills to identify and recognize hazards, safe and unsafe behaviors and attitudes. Also ensured students’ competence for those accidents and incidents which required reporting, recording and investigating and in addition, it enabled course attendees to use the proper procedures for isolating the energy sources.
